SPICED ROASTED CHICKPEAS 

SERVES 4 

1 CAN OF CHICKPEAS
1/2 TSP SEA SALT 
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL 
1 TSP HONEY 
1 1/2 TSP CHOPPED FRESH ROSEMARY 
2 TSP GARAM MASALA

Heat the oven to 210C

Drain the chickpeas and rinse them with cold water. Dry off on a clean tea towel as this helps make them crisp in the oven. 

Mix the chickpeas in a bowl with the salt, oil and honey, making sure they're all coated. 

Spread them onto a baking tray and roast in the oven for 15 minutes, until crisp and golden. 

Remove from the oven and pop in a bowl. Mix the rosemary and garam masala with the chickpeas until all of them are coated. Leave to cool and serve!
