Salted caramel fudge

makes a lot! 

1 TIN CARNATION CARAMEL 

400G MILK CHOCOLATE

140G ICING SUGAR

1 TSP SEA SALT + SPRINKLE

Line a square tin 

Melt the chocolate and add the tin of Carnation caramel 

Sieve over the icing sugar and mix 

Add the sea salt and put mixture into tin 

Sprinkle some extra sea salt over the top 

Chill for at least 30 mins
