HALLOUMI BITES

MOZZARELLA BITES

SERVES 4 

250G HALLOUMI

2TBSP PLAIN FLOUR

1TBSP PAPRIKA
VEGATABLE OIL

Add two tablespoons of flour and one tablespoon of paprika to a bowl and mix

Slice 250g low fat Halloumi into 1 inch cubes

Coat Halloumi pieces in flour and paprika mix (you could also use turmeric, cumin

or any spice you might enjoy!)

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, deep enough to cover the bites

Fry Halloumi bites until golden

Remove from pan, sit on a kitchen roll to remove excess oil

Enjoy!

BREADCRUMBS 

VEGETABLE OIL 

Cut mozzarella into small cubes

Coat mozzarella pieces in breadcrumbs 

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, deep enough to cover the bites

Fry mozzarella bites until golden

Remove from pan, sit on a kitchen roll to remove excess oil

Enjoy!
